Personal Information Candidate Notice and Consent

International Interim Management has long recognised the importance of protecting your personal information. The purpose of this Candidate Notice and Consent (“Consent”) is to set forth the manner in which we, International Interim Management, propose to collect, use, disclose, retain and transfer your personal information and obtain your written consent to do so.


By personal information we mean your name, address, telephone number, email address, CV information (e.g., employment history, education, job qualifications, professional credentials, memberships in professional organisations, skills, language skills, hobbies, marital status), date of birth, gender, nationality, information from former employers and other references, and any other information relating to you, to the extent we have acquired or you have provided us with such information. If you do not agree to our collection, use, disclosure, retention and transfer of your personal information in the manner set forth in this Consent, please do not sign this Consent. If you do not sign this Consent, we may not be able to present you as a candidate.


We will collect, use, disclose, retain and transfer your personal information for purposes such as: for an interim management assignment being conducted by us under an agreement with one of our clients which involves assistance with the identification, evaluation and selection of qualified candidates to undertake an assignment with that client; increase the diversity of our interim management register; to check or confirm references; to verify the accuracy of your personal information and conduct appropriate background checks; and to generally develop and improve our services. We will not use personal information for any other purpose incompatible with the purposes outlined in this Consent, unless it is required or authorised by applicable law, authorised by you, or is in your own vital interest (e.g., in the case of a medical emergency).


Employees of International Interim Management may be provided with access to your information for the purpose of fulfilling all of the purposes listed above. We may also disclose your personal information to: (a) our clients (in most cases with your prior consent); (b) reference sources; (c) third parties who provide services to us, including assessment services, CV verification, background checking, and other administrative and security services; and (d) our strategic partners.


International Interim Management will take appropriate technical, organisational, and legal measures to secure your personal information. We may transfer your personal information to one or more of our offices and/or wherever our employees, consultants, clients or service providers are located throughout the world, including countries outside the European Economic Area which may not provide the same level of data protection as in the EU. Your information will be stored and secured in a database in the United Kingdom.


You always have the right to access and request that we rectify erroneous or inaccurate personal information related to you which we have retained and stored by contacting us and demonstrating such inaccuracy or incompleteness to our satisfaction.
